With a broad and exceptional set of skills and experience that extend far beyond the qualifications of regular ESL teachers, Bernadette Hendrickx is perfectly positioned to offer constructive insights into the needs of and solutions for corporate clients.

 

In addition to a unique Bachelor of Education from The Netherlands that included a comprehensive, three-year training program focused on teaching all aspects and levels of English as a Second Language, Ms. Hendrickx is also a highly skilled and accomplished, Ontario certified, English as a Second Language Specialist, Special Education Specialist, Dramatic Arts, English, and Dutch teacher.

 

She has over 25 years of experience instructing adults and high school students new to Canada. She is a creative and prolific instructional designer and workshop facilitator. Ms. Hendrickx is also an award-winning professional theatre artist with specialized voice and speech training. Well traveled and multilingual, her personal knowledge of the immigrant experience and of issues surrounding language acquisition contribute to the effectiveness of a targeted teaching approach.

 

Ms. Hendrickx has merged her diverse, extensive background with domain-specific best practices to create a distinctive, highly effective and efficient approach to improving communications in the workplace.
